Rain washes color
Leaving a muted palette
Fall’s bittersweet end
Some leaves hang in there
Not willing to say good-bye
Much to my delight
The starkness will come
Bringing a beauty its own
A seasonal change
So we cozy up
Enjoy the peace darkness brings
And add twinkle lights!
How can one resist twinkle lights I ask?
Margie

Beautiful pics and words. Twinkle lights are good. š
I think I am going to have to put up some twinkle lights. Very festive and will help when the leaves have all hit the ground! Good Morning Margie!
